  • Standing or case-specific preferences for try-in base, framework, clasps, flange, or palate design
How to Start:

Indicate on the Rx whether the submission is for custom tray, bite block, try-in setup, final finish, reline, repair, or surgical guide.

What to Expect Next:

Multi-stage removable cases proceed step by step through the requested try-in or finishing stage, with office confirmation whenever adjustments are needed.

Pricing varies by region. Please contact your sales representative for current regional pricing.

All-on-X & Smile Makeovers

Category Framework

Full-arch implant-supported restorations, provisional prototypes, bar workflows, and multi-unit esthetic cases.

A full-arch restoration replaces an entire upper or lower arch using multiple implants for support. This category also covers coordinated anterior veneers and smile-design workflows.

Laboratory Capabilities

  • PMMA temporary / prototype restorations (including immediate-load or trial prototype workflows)
  • Ti-base full-arch restorative workflows
  • Implant-bar supported full-arch workflows (e.g., All-on-4, All-on-5, All-on-6 configurations)
  • Full-arch zirconia final restorations
  • Anterior veneers and digital smile-design diagnostic workflows

Required Clinical Details

  • Implant system, platform, and restorative level (implant-level vs. multi-unit abutment level)
  • Implant-position records (including photogrammetry where applicable) plus intraoral / soft-tissue scan
  • Opposing arch, bite registration / VDO, existing provisional records, and clinical reference photos
  • Design approval preferences prior to final fabrication
How to Start:

Full-arch workflows vary by implant system, restorative level, and scanning system. Confirm the required record protocol with the lab before scanning or submitting.

What to Expect Next:

The technical team reviews implant-position, soft-tissue, and bite records, coordinates prototype/try-in or design approval stages as requested, and confirms any questions with the doctor.

Pricing varies by region. Please contact your sales representative for current regional pricing and confirm stage-by-stage timing before scheduling the patient.

  • Custom bleaching trays and sports mouthguards
  • Space maintainers, orthodontic expanders, and snore guards
  • Clear aligner workflows (ICO Aligners)

Required Clinical Details

  • Rx specifying arch (upper, lower, or both), appliance type, and material/thickness preference
  • Complete upper and lower arch scans or impressions
  • Bite registration (including open-bite clearance record where applicable for occlusal guards)
How to Start:

Submit full-arch scans or impressions with an Rx noting your appliance type and any standing office preferences for thickness or occlusal contact.

What to Expect Next:

Intake review checks arch completeness and bite clearance before digital design or appliance thermoforming/milling.

Pricing varies by region. Please contact your sales representative for current regional pricing.

Full Arch / All-on-X Reference

Understanding Full Arch / All-on-X Workflows & Terminology

A full-arch restoration replaces an entire upper or lower arch using multiple implants for support. Because full-arch cases involve multiple implants, soft-tissue contours, and vertical dimension records, clear terminology helps dental office staff and laboratory technicians coordinate smoothly.

Supported Full-Arch Product Families

  • PMMA temporary / prototype restorations for provisional or trial stages
  • Ti-base full-arch restorative workflows
  • Implant-bar workflows (such as All-on-4, All-on-5, and All-on-6 bar-supported designs)
  • Full-arch zirconia final restorations
  • Related smile-makeover and multi-unit esthetic restorative workflows

Common Implant & Full-Arch Terminology

Educational definitions of common terms that may appear on prescriptions, component checklists, or laboratory communications:

Implant
The implant fixture placed in bone that provides the foundation for the restoration.
Multi-Unit Abutment (MUA)
A prosthetic abutment commonly used in full-arch workflows to create a consistent restorative interface above the implants.
Customized Abutment
An individually designed abutment fabricated for an implant restoration when appropriate for the case.
Ti-base
A titanium metal interface used in some implant-supported restorative designs to connect the restoration to the implant or abutment platform.
Prosthetic Screw
A screw used to secure the prosthetic restoration or components in a screw-retained workflow.
PMMA Temporary / Prototype
A provisional restoration that may be used during some full-arch workflows to evaluate esthetics, phonetics, and occlusion before the final restoration.
These definitions are provided for office reference only and do not recommend a specific component or clinical design. Component selection and treatment planning remain with the treating dentist and technical team.
